This competition is applicable to all new Marriott Bonvoy members confirming their wedding between 26th December 2021 – 31st March 2022. Wedding must be held before 31st December 2023 and deposit must be paid before 31st March 2022 to apply. Entrants must be legal UK residents aged 18 or above. In order to enter the prize draw, both members of the wedding couple must sign up to Marriott Bonvoy during the competition time period of 26th December 2021 – 31st March 2022. New Marriott Bonvoy Members will be entered automatically upon booking, confirming and paying the event deposit at any of the participating hotels listed below. All entries between 00:01 GMT on 26th December 2021 and 23:59 GMT on 31st March 2022 will be included, unless explicitly requested otherwise. Maximum 1 entry per couple. Prize winners will be contacted by August 12th 2022. Prize can be redeemed anytime between 1st April 2022 – 31st October 2024, however blackout dates will apply – note that this resort is seasonal and closed between November - April. If the wedding is cancelled or postponed, Marriott has the right to withdraw entrants from the competition, and seek renumeration from the entrants for the prize if already booked and prepaid. All elements of the prize are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. A limited number of rooms may be available at time of booking and advance reservations are required. Prize is valid on two people sharing a room, both of which must be the prize winners. Prize winners are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein. Prize winners must have passports with at least six months validity remaining. Prize winners are responsible for obtaining any travel documents or authorisations they require in order to visit Italy and returning to United Kingdom. Any potential prize winner will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize. All winners will be notified via email and provided with instructions for claiming their prize. In the event that a prize winner does not claim their prize within two (2) weeks in accordance with the instructions in the notification of winning, they will forfeit their prize and Marriott will be entitled to draw a replacement winner. Marriott Hotels Ltd®, Marriott International®, and their associated agency employees or their families are not eligible to win any prizes in the prize draw. Prizes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or expired. Entrants cannot win more than one prize. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash or other alternative to any of the prizes. Redemption of the prize cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher or Marriott offer. By entering this prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Marriott accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting a prize, and reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw due to reasons outside its reasonable control. Marriott shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations as set out in these terms and conditions where that failure is caused by reasons outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Marriott for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
