      My favourite festive tradition is Secret Santa, I was once asked to organize a secret Santa for 60 people!

      Another memorable event was managing the operation for a lunch for 400 guests, followed by a 2-hour turn around for a Hogmanay Party (New Year's Eve Party) for 600 guests, both with a choice menu!

      My number one tip for making Christmas or New Year party 'sparkle' is always to spend it with the people you love the most.
