- Your Memory MakersKateWho doesn't love the most magical time of year especially when you get to help plan lots of celebrations. My favourite one so far was Winter Wonderland themed complete with woodland scenes around the hotel for guests to take pictures in front of, themed cocktails and canapés. We start planning festive celebrations as early as Easter but for me personally my first Baileys Hot Chocolate of the year is the official start of Christmas time for me.
