Built in 1835, our grade II listed building has seen many happy occasions over the years. We like to think of our hotel as a home away from home and we hope that our intimate spaces will provide the perfect backdrop against which to share your special occasion with friends and family.

One of my most memorable event memories is when I organised a birthday party for a lovely lady. On the day of the event, she realised the cake she had ordered from a separate supplier was not up to her expectations and she was really upset having spent a considerable amount of money on it. On the same day, our Pastry chefs were able to make a brand new cake and we organised some lovely touches for her bedroom with flowers.
The best part of my job was seeing her very emotional and thankful.
