      As wedding coordinator, I once worked on a wedding where the bride had a thing for butterflies, so we incorporated them into everything, from the table centres to the cake. The butterflies looked great on the day and we had a happy bride

      I always enjoy advising couples on wine selection. I recently earned a level 2 qualification from the Wine, Spirit & Education Trust - soon to start level 3.

      Fun fact, I once made a cup of tea for the queen!
